Yaletown is the most sought-after area for buyers looking to move to downtown Vancouver. I’ve focused my business on Yaletown helping both home sellers and buyers achieve their goals. My love for the area and involvement with local charities and events keeps me passionate about making sure Yaletown stays vibrant and thriving.
I’m honored to have achieved the top 20% in sales in my office but that doesn’t stop me from learning and striving to be better. I am constantly taking courses that sharpen my skills and expand my knowledge of the market.
Yaletown: Everything at Your Fingertips
Relationships are very important to me. I take the time to listen, and together you and I will strategize the best way to achieve your goals. I treat each new relationship with a custom approach. If you’re selling, my full focus is given to each listing and I take pride in maximizing the return of each property sold.
After carefully listening and understanding your needs I make it my duty to take as much of the work off of your hands as possible. My knowledge of the local real estate market, pricing strategies and attention to detail has enabled me to sell homes for people at a rate more than twice as fast as the average agent.

Yaletown boasts some of the best parks in town, incredible water views, access to the seawall, and an abundance of shops and restaurants with every taste in mind. I love walking down to the marina on a nice day to look at the yachts and sailboats. My favorite park is David Lam Park. It is the perfect place to spend an afternoon reading on the grass or playing tennis with a view. I often spend my morning on the patio at JJ Bean on Davie Street where the baristas know me by name.
Yaletown is right on the water yet steps away from downtown. It also has a romantic past. Yaletown was once a central area for commerce and has now turned into one of the most desirable places to live in Vancouver. The narrow streets make it walkable and pedestrian friendly but moving through the area by car is also convenient. You won’t have to walk around for long before spotting a Ferrari or Lamborghini. I love that this neighborhood is accessible while also being a great place to see some incredible cars.
This neighbourhood experienced a significant change after the 86’ Expo when the old warehouses and factories in the area were converted to housing. Newer condo developments also began popping up around Yaletown as its popularity grew.
The heritage is preserved in many of the residential and office buildings in the neighborhood today which only adds to the charm. I work out regularly in the Roundhouse gym: a historical community hub that has preserved much of the old-time charm.
Yaletown is one of the most convenient places for access and transportation. The Skytrain stop Yaletown-Roundhouse on the Canada Line can take you directly to the airport. Buses run in and out of the neighborhood offering frequent trips. But my favorite is the Aquabus. It is quite a unique experience. There are three spots to catch an Aquabus from Yaletown.
This neighborhood is particularly appealing to young professionals but is attractive to all types of people. The sense of community, the parks, and the Elsie Roy Elementary School on Drake Street appeal to young and old alike. The walkability, access to services, and seawall make the Yaletown condos a good option to downsizers and empty-nesters as well. When listing homes for my clients I make sure we are focusing our approach for the right audience. Contact me to chat more on this or any related topic. I look forward to your call.
